How can I report a fraudulent seller on an ecommerce platform?

Hello

This website https://theboutiquesoccer.com/ is using your platform for selling retro soccer shirts. Unfortunately they never deliver the goods and I am not the only one.I've tried to contact them several times and got not reply so far. It's been 5 weeks already and looks like a complete scam.

What can I do to ban or report them?

I can definitely understand not receiving the goods you paid for is not an ideal experience. Rest assured, I'll do my best to provide more insight and share what options are available to you. 

I understand you're reaching out for an update regarding an order that was placed online. While it's possible that the store you bought from may leverage Shopify services, each store on Shopify is its own business and operates individually. Shopify can't access order information or another business' bank account to issue a refund or force shipping.

If you've already exhausted all attempts to contact the merchant directly and you feel this store is not following our terms of service, you can report the store here to launch an investigation.

If you want to retrieve your funds, I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card provider. They will be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds. Your bank has built-in security measures to protect you and they will assist you through the next steps from here.
