Hi I was a customer of a shop on Shopify and my product never came, so I waited 30 days before I was allowed to report the store but by then the store was completely erased, so I'm not able to report it. I did not get my money back and want to contact Shopify on this but I can't figure out how to email them about this. Anyone know how to help me?

It sounds like you are referring to a product from a specific store. However, as Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do however have a detailed FAQ to help you with the next steps here. In the case you can't get ahold of the store any longer, I would recommend reaching out to your bank directly for potential next steps in regards to recovery of funds.
