My wife ordered products and never received them. I dug deeper and realized that this is common for this business. How can I help with getting this business shut down? I hate scammers with a passion!

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, it would be best to attempt to reach out to the business that you have made a purchase from and bring this to their attention. If you are unable to get in touch with the business, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase). They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the order/purchase.
