How can I report an order issue if the shop is suspended?

I'm trying to use this form: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions/buyer-complaint#/customer-support/report-order-issue.

The problem I face is that the shop I ordered from is now suspended with the Shopify API returning "Payment Required". I can't actually click through on my order confirmation email any longer to see the actual order confirmation URL. I viewed the email source and I can see what appears to be the URL, in the form of "https://domain/123456789/orders/a1bcde2fghijklmnop" but I can't submit the form because it states "Invalid order confirmation URL". At this point, how does one contact Shopify support?

Thank you for posting in the Shopify Community. The Report an issue with an order form can be used to make Shopify aware of order issues (such as a merchant not shipping your order, a merchant not being responsive, or a product being misrepresented) and to contact the merchant. However, using this form doesn't mean you'll receive a response from Shopify Support. This is because we're not able to confirm or deny whether a store uses Shopify, or provide store details to anyone other than the merchant, due to our privacy policy. 

If you want to contact the merchant about your order, and the form isn't working with the order confirmation URL, I recommend using one of these methods. If the merchant isn't responsive, you can report the issue to your bank or payment provider who will investigate the order on your behalf. During that process, Shopify is notified and we investigate internally (if the store is, in fact, hosted by Shopify).
