I have been charged the past 3 months after doing a free trial for a month. I then cancelled billing and deleted the store but I am still getting charged and can’t find any support to fix this issue

It's worth noting that merchants can cancel the subscription and deactivate the store; however, there isn't a way to delete a store as we guarantee the data to be stored for two years in the event that a merchant would like to reactivate and continue developing the store. If you're still being billed, then it's possible that your store wasn't deactivated properly or there may be another active store associated with your account. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats and taking a closer look at your account.
