How can I resize an image for my website without it becoming blurry?

Hello!

I have a image on my website that I would like to resize slightly so it fits the screen without scrolling through it if you know what I mean. I have tried resizing and always ends up blurry on Shopify, not on the other sites. Please help.

I will provide site URL upon request in PMS since I do not want to make it public. I am ready to pay, thanks!
