Hello, i connect my domain from name cheap to shopify, I did this 3 days ago but i still face ssl pending issue , how i can resolve this issue

It looks like you haven't shared your custom domain here so I'm unable to check the public records. Please provide that to me here and I'd be glad to check if there are any conflicting factors or if it is set-up as expected.
Remember that domain propagating and SSL provisioning can take up to 48 hours and even then there are some cases where the security certificate can fail to provision. The reasons a certificate can be blocked include:
I should definitely be able to confirm if those are conflicting issues once you provide your domain name.

Hello, thanku for your reply , my domain name is pouchwouch.uk i dont now what the actual issue because i make sure at namecheap advance setting c name record, and A record and i also disabled the DNSSEC, i did all, i also chat to name cheap help center they said they pointed towords shopify my domain , i am facing the ssl pending issue from last five days it is more then 48 hours but still i facing ssl pending issue. please check it and tell me what i need to do , if this happened due to shopify system then resolve it.

I was able to check the public records for your custom domain and it is absolutely set-up correctly. I double checked any conflicting issues and they are also in check so I don't suspect there is any problem with the connection.
With that being said there are sometimes things we can do to force the SSL certificate to provision again just in case it is stuck in limbo. In order for us to take a deeper look at that we will need access to your account.

Thanks for your concern and invitation for live chat, actually i have no issue with live chat but it would be a great if my problem can be resolved by giving access to my account , which information have you need i am available to provide, please resolve my ssl pending issue , i m stuck at this point and could not do anything furthermore on my store.
