How can I restore default SEO settings after removing an app from my online store?

Hi guys, 

A few months ago I removed an application (Plug In Seo) for the SEO management of my shopify store, and this application changed all the meta title and meta description of my products according to predetermined indications. I have deleted the application and although several months have passed the structure of my SEO links is still the same, I think the application has modified the code of the theme and I would like to recover the default, where the SEO respects the one that I insert on the page of product.

The theme we use is Flow and the Website is twovaultvintage.com

Shopify all theme default SEO friendly doesn't need any apps also you can do easy change title and meta description

It seems that you uninstalled the Plug in SEO but haven't removed all residual code from the app. 
You should check this guide to remove the app completely.

You can also contact the app's provider to resolve this issue quickly.

I did check your store code and don't see our code there, but it looks like you've removed the Title and Meta description code from your theme.liquid file so we should get that taken care of right away!

Hey Janice, why don't you just tell us the code line to remove? Can you confirm after app deletion that the attached highlighted line is all you need to remove? And if so, from which pages? Given access like this seems unnecessary for removal. Please provide step by step instructions.

Unfortunately, when modifying my theme, I still this this shhhtuf.

Kindly help to remove all traces of it.

thankfully, I never added the SEO into these areas, but would love to get my theme back as it was without having to relinquish my privacy and without having to start from scratch with the theme.
