Hi there,
I’ve made a complaint toward a vendor when I thought it would go to the shipping side of things, not the seller as my issue is not at all with the seller. The seller has then contacted me, confused obviously, as they were assisting me in sorting out the situation, regarding my complaint and they have informed me this could affect/lead to their business being shut down and I don’t at all want that to happen to them. So I need this complaint that was not aimed towards them to be retracted and I don’t know how. Please help ASAP!!!!
When you say contact the Platform or company what do you mean? Because the company is now aware that it was a mistake. By platform do you mean Shopify itself? Because I’ve looked everyone and can’t find where to do something like
this. What I can gather from you response is to just let the seller know it was a mistake and they can deal with it from there. Is that correct? Or is there a way to contact Shopify and get them to actually physically remove the complaint?
