How can I set up local pickup only for international orders?

I currently have a shopify Store. Http://www.outkast.co.za.

The store is set up with paid and free shipping within South Africa aswell and Local Pickup where we are located.

This is all working fine.

I would like to start selling ouside South Africa into neighbouring countries.

Because the freight will be a problem I would like to set up the store so if you order from outside the country the shipping will default to local pickup only, with no free shipping or any other shipping options.

How would I go about this ?
