How can I show a slashed retail price instead of a sale tag?

Instead of the Sale Tag, I actually want it to show the Retail price slashed out, and then my price. If there's a way to do that please let me know! An example of what I'm trying to do is shown below.

Are you trying to show the discount tag on the product page, or is it a collection of multiple products?

From the looks of your store it seems like you want it on the collection only... is that right? Or do you want in collection as well as main product page?
