How can i seperate between my collections, firstly with line, secondly with style like i show bellow with a dotted line follwoing a flying bee

Yes, collections can be separated with line and bee image but it needs to be hard coded. I recommend you to seek help of a developer to customize this for reasonable cost.

Can add some image background on that side. We can add the line easily but the bees needs to be an image.
