All things Shopify and commerce
I created my store in Denmark. I have now moved to Norway. What would be involved in switching everything over? It seems it must be doable. I have some issues with change of currency etc. 🤔 Has anyone else here ever done this?
Hi @ToveH
You have to contact Shopify support to change currency.
Have you tried changing currency in Settings > Store details > Store currency? If you're not using Shopify Payments, this should update the currency of all of your markets too.
If you're using Shopify Payments, you might need to change your primary market too in Settings > Markets or change your primary market currency in the "Products and pricing" section.
If you have some sales you'll probably need to reach out to Shopify Support for assistance with changing your store's currency.
Thank you 🙂
I have tried all that, but the shop says i have to contact Shopify support to change currency...
Tried to send a mail but they no longer accept incoming messages:/
