Hi @Adu
This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App, I’d like to suggest this idea:
Pause your store and continue to work on it
1. Log in to your store as the store owner.
2. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Plan.
3. Click Deactivate store > Pause and build plan.
4. Carefully review the plan details, and then click Switch to Pause and build.
Cancel your subscription and deactivate your Shopify store
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
Click Deactivate store.
If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
Hope you find my answer helpful!
Best regards,
Richard | PageFly

It doesn’t work
But Shopify is charging my card for U$ 25 and at the moment I don't have money to pay
Hi PageFly-Richard
Thankyou for the info, but every time I follow it and click settings, then plan, then deactivate (in the plan page), then click deactivate store , then the choose a reason page flashes onscreen briefly then, before I can select a reason, that choose a reason page disappears and is replaced by the login page, but when I login again, it takes me back to the plan page, and my account has not been deactivated. Please tell me how to fix this, or how I can contact shopify to deactivate my account, because my next monthly bill would be due in 3 days and I want to cancel my account before then. Thankyou very much if you can please help me fix this strange shopify website glitch 😆
Hi, I have just deactivated my account. However, when do I get my refund for my subscription? and how will it be counted?
To follow these directions is an impossibility because Shopify can't find my store. Therefore, I can't get to Admin/settings/ etc. So take down the Shopify website for Crusade for Life Publishing,
Thank you! JoAnn Windholz, owner
