Hi!
I'd like to track our returns, refunds and exchanges over time. Is there a way to find that information in the Analytics?

Hey, @cooleastmarket
You can use the Sales over Time report as your base, and then edit the columns to tailor the report to your liking. In your case, you would want to check off the following columns:
Canceled, Returns, Returned Quantity, and Orders.
From there, you will have a report that looks like the following:
At the top of the report page, you can also set the date range of orders to see the number of returns and exchanges over a set period of time. I hope this helps!

We love the inventory tracking, being able to see which items sell best over a given period of time. However we can't seem to find a way to add a column that shows how often an item has been returned. It could well be that a relatively successful item has a high return percentage (high shipping and handling costs - hence requiring targeted customer feedback gathering). How can we find items listed from highest return % to the lowest please? Thanks so much.
