There is no countdown timer in the default "Dawn" theme from Shopify. It must be an app or custom code that has been added. Could you please provide your store URL?
Thank you for getting back to me. Actually it's an urgency countdown timer that appears on the cart page when a product is added to the cart/shopping bag. It's not an app, so it must be somewhere in the code which I can't find.
