Hi,
If your Shopify domain is locked, you can unlock it by following these steps:
Log in to Shopify: Go to your Shopify admin, and navigate to Settings > Domains.
Select the domain: Find the domain you want to unlock and click on it to open its settings.
Unlock the domain: Look for the option labeled Domain lock or Transfer lock. If the domain is locked, you’ll see a toggle or button to disable it. Switch it off to unlock the domain.
Get the transfer code (if needed): If you're transferring the domain to another registrar, you’ll need the Authorization Code (EPP Code). It’s usually available right after unlocking the domain.
Contact Shopify Support: If you can’t unlock the domain through the admin panel or encounter issues, reach out to Shopify Support for assistance. They can guide you or handle it on their end.
