Hello, My old bank account has shut down and is connected to my payout! I am currently trying to update my new bank account so my payout can go to the right place…. But it wants my old account and routing number which I don't have anymore

With regards to your billing inquiry, we recommend you reach out to our live support team for further assistance about this matter. Given that this is a billing issue, they can open up back end information once they verify your credentials and access and can help moving forward with updating your new banking details for your Shopify Payouts.
Just ensure you are reaching out using your store's account owner information as such changes can only be made by the owner of the store.
