Hello,
How can I change my contact details (Address ) as the shop owner without changing the store details?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Ah, got it! So in that situation I do believe that you need to have your registered business address, that is not a PO Box, provided for both your Shopify Payments account and for your business contact information.
For more information on the requirements or to ask if you can verify your business address through an alternative means I would reach out to our live support to have this escalated.

Hi @BxDxx ,
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
From the Store details page, click Edit in the Address section.
Edit your address.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Save
I hope this helps.
Hi @BxDxx
To clarify, are you concerned that if you update the address listed in your admin under Settings > Store Details, that it will affect your shipping and fulfillment?
The address that should be listed in that section should always be the legally registered business address, wherever that may be.
Your shipping and fulfillment information is not pulled from there, but is instead pulled from your "Locations", which can absolutely be different from where your business address is located.
If you have other questions about this or if that wasn't the concern you had, please feel free to let me know.

Hi, @Shay
Thank you for your responses which I found very helpful in other ways. However, it does not resolves the issues at the moment.
I am looking to change the shop owner's address which should be in my personal contact details. However, I noticed if I make this changes it would be the address included at the bottom of the email communications.
Is there a way to change the personal address of the shop owner without affecting the correspondence address at the bottom of emails?
Thanks for the clarification @BxDxx.
Your Shopify account has no requirements for your personal address, only the registered business address (which should be the address at the bottom of the emails). The business owner's personal address is not needed by us or a requirement for your merchant account.
The address at the bottom of the emails should be populated from within the contact details in Settings > Store Details.

Thank you for your quick response @Shay What if the registered of the business address is the owner's home address, however the business have a POBox address has been used as store details. In order for the business to apply for the capital funds, would there be need to update the address to the store owner's address which is the legal registered address?
