How can I upload a csv without disrupting Global-e pricing?

Hi, I am looking to amend product attributes (variants and SEO cells) using a csv import. However, we also use Global-e which means that each csv file has over 500 columns with local market pricing. Shopify does not allow csvs with over 500 columns to be uploaded. 

I amended the csv to only feature the core product and SEO attributes and loaded that instead. The file loaded though it wiped out all of the Global-e product pricing columns. 

Does anyone have any experience on this to allow me to use a csv upload without disrupting the Global-e pricing?
