How can I upload a video file to my online store using the Venue theme?

I am trying to uplaod a video file to my online online store. All the instruction I found online states to upload the file from setting > File. However, I am unable to find the "File" selection on the "Setting" section. On the left panel, all I see is from "Store detail" to "Store activity log" but no "File" selection. Am I in the wrong area? Please help. I am using the Venue theme template.

Thank you That works great. 

Now I am trying to make the video play longer. Its a 30sec long video and I want it to play the whole video before switching to next slide. How can I make the video play the whole 30 sec?

I think it is the slider. How do I know if it is a slider? In Venue the main theme on Slideshow, you are able to show pictures. I added another slide to show the video.
