The Orders page has a Fulfilment Status column that just says Fulfilled or Unfulfilled. But is there any way to be able to see whether an order is In Transit, Delivered, or has an issue from the Orders page without having to go to the page for each order?
Hi, @ahalekelly!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to share some additional information.
You mentioned that you would be interested in finding a solution that allows you to view the up-to-date status of an orders shipping information directly from your Orders page. Currently, the shipping details will be shown by clicking on the tracking number link in the fulfillment section of each order. However, I completely understand how this would save time and I will definitely be happy to share your feedback with the appropriate team once I gather some more details.
Are you able to share some additional information as to how you are currently fulfilling orders? Are you adding a tracking number after you fulfill an order, or are you are buying a shipping label through Shopify Shipping? Following the latter will allow the tracking numbers to be added automatically, which in turn, will save you some extra time.
While on the topic, in terms of customer facing resources, have you thought about adding a "Track My Order" section on your website?
Feel free to reply back to this thread with any questions or updates and we can continue our conversation further!

Thanks Mac! I buy my shipping labels through Shopify. The issue isn't with the customer support workload, I want to be able to scan through my orders and proactively see if there's been a shipping issue with any of the orders.
Hi again, @ahalekelly!
Thank you for your response!
I really appreciate the clarification and for confirming a few additional details. I can absolutely see how having access to this information via a live feed directly from your Orders page would be beneficial, or how having a small notification alongside the pending order would allow you to monitor the potential shipping issue. Circling back to our customers perspective, I would like to add that most carrier do inform the customer of any shipping delay via email or text notification, so that would improve issue avoidance and transparency with your customers.
I have shared your feedback with our developers and put in a feature request on your behalf. If this change is implemented in the future, it will be added to the Shopify Changelog.
Let me know if you have any additional concerns or questions!

Hey, I will recommend you a helpful tracking app, Track123.
I have used it for a few days, and I can see the delivery status of my orders easily in one place rather than go to the page for each order. What's more, I can identify any delays or exceptions through the dashboard in it.
It offers a free option (you can track 50 orders without any payment). I think it's an opportunity to have a try~
Hi @ahalekelly
Although my reply is late, it might be helpful to those who have the same problem.
With TrackingMore, you can not only monitor and manage all orders from different carriers in one dashboard, quickly handle problematic orders, but also insert a track order status button on the order status page. In addition, TrackingMore provides 9 main statuses and up to 24 shipping sub-statuses, which can update the logistics track in real-time and improve the transparency of the package.
If you also need order notifications, our paid feature supports customized shipment notification emails. When the set status is triggered, the system will automatically send a shipment notification to reduce your operating costs.
TrackingMore offers flexible pricing. If your order volume does not exceed 50, the free plan is enough for basic order tracking purposes. You can check and download it with this link. In addition, TrackingMore provides 24/7 hours of customer service support. If you encounter any problems while using it, you can always consult our customer service team for support.
