There was chargeback on the order - saying product not delivered. The order had 6 products. Customer messaged us 2 months back that they had received the order and liked it. Later after 2 months they claimed they didn't receive 1 product and applied a chargeback for 3 products not received.
Even though we submitted the documents - shipping details, customer message from 2 months back stating they have received the products, our shipping and return policy. Still Bank sided with the customer - and refunded for 3 products. I completely don't understand - what is the requirement to win the chargeback.
Shopify should provide some support on these chargeback. I do understand that there is fraud chargeback that Shopify protect gives, but it doesn't help when the credit card customer details not fraud but the person applies for unethical chargeback.
Have you instead considered using a 3rd party anti-fraud plugin like IPQS instead?
