How can multiple staff members connect on a basic plan?

Shopify?? Really!? 0 staff now on the basic plan?
Let's say we have a company or agency. 
Designers, coders, programmers that connect different APIs, and SEO specialists. 
Now, how can they do the job? Not even one can connect.
I mean, some can as they can connect with collaborators access. 
Can at least you make for organizations, to add more people to the staff? To be able to connect as collaborator?

Okay, so I found it if anyone is looking for an answer. 

You can add as many members as you want to your partner dashboard. 

And when a customer adds you, you can give permission to your team. Quite easy.  

So, all is clear.
