Turn on access codes

https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/staff-accounts/collaborator-accounts

To turn on collaborator access codes, go to your store's "Users and permissions" settings. Choose "Only people with a collaborator request code can request access" in the "Collaborators" section.

As for the requests if they are not request by your or solicited by you consider reporting them to shopify support. 1-2 is an accident if you have an easy to misspell store name similar to other stores, a dozen is a bad ecosystem pattern.
