Sorry to hear you had that interaction with our support team. I'm not sure if there was a disconnection or what happened but I would love to have someone look into this for you. Please reach out to our Twitter Support account here, or our Facebook Support account here. Provide them with the ticket numbers for your interactions with our support team and let them know that you have reached out via our chat support multiple times but the support agents didn't respond after saying hello. They will be able to flag your ticket with our team and see what happened with the support agents. They can also help you with how to proceed with your initial support question regarding your payout.
