How come I am able to upload image exceeding 20MP?

Hey guys,

Not really an issue or anything I was just curious on how come Shopify allowed me to upload and use an image that exceed 20MP, when usually it doesn't?

I think there is some confusion here because In the screenshot this image is 3.4MB which is lower than 20MB limit

Just wanted to confirm that yes, there is both a MB (Megabyte) and MP (Megapixel) limitation to images. You can find the calculations for this in our Help Center: Uploading Images.
