How do I access my domain after Shopify deactivated my account?

I created an account and 2 days later Shopify deactivated. I was like ok, I’ll try again. I created an account this time I made sure to pick a plan, i bought a domain and set up shopify pay. 2 days later shopify deactivated my account. I want my domain to use on another site. I paid for it and it’s on auto renewal and I have no access to it. How do I get it?
