How do I add spaces in my confirmation email coding?

Hi,

I am trying to update my confirmation email, but how do i add space in between each sentence. It is a Big long paragraph instead of separate sentences to make it easier for customers to read. In the coding section it is separate but once saved its just one big paragraph. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance
