How do I add the prompt to create an account?

I have a client who would like to keep the customer Account as optional, however, we've had instances where a customer has purchased a subscription product and some of them do not create an account. 

To reduces these instances - is there a way to add a prompt to create an account after checkout?

Why you simply not invite them after they place an order and you saw that it's a subscribtion?

Prompt will not save you, `close the browser and that's all`? Also as I know subscribtion not require to have account?(i'm not sure what app you are using for subscribtions)

We are using Recharge for subscriptions, however, we don't like the current customer experience. We will definitely be updating the email communications to reflect creating an account. However, my client specifically inquired about setting up an account prompt after checkout. I wanted to know if this is possible.

I am pretty sure you are not running your CMD as admin.

You can check this by typing net session 

To run your CMD as admin:

Press the windows key
Type cmd
Right click on the localised name of cmd (command prompt)
Click on "Run as Administrator"

Did you find a solution to this? We are in a similar situation where we want to prompt the user to signup once the place the order.
