How do I Bulk uploading Variant Options, Prices & Images

How do I Bulk uploading Variant Options, Prices & Images

I have uploaded my shopify spreadsheet filling in the option values as per below. This uploads multiple variants at the same price which I can't change.

I have since realised that I only need to upload 1 option with multiple values inside each option as this picture depicts.

How do I go about doing that in bulk on the spreadsheet? I need to be able to add prices & images as well.

Hi @MicahM1

You should use the same  "Handle"  and then add rows for all the variants and set Variant Price for each row.

The best practice is to add the product with multiple variants first, then export all products including that product, then find the product with multiple variants and edit it.

As to the images, If adding product images by importing a spreadsheet does not work well, you can use "batch edit".

Follow these steps:

1、go to "Products",select products,click "bulk edit"

2、Click "Columns" in the upright corner, check "Product media",

2、Upload each image for each variant

Hi @MicahM1

Before you start editing, make sure to export the CSV file so you can follow the correct format. Don’t change the product URL or title.  You’re free to edit the price, image, and content for each variant, but just be careful not to move the columns around in the CSV file. Once you're done, you can upload it again.
