I Have been charged for an account for 8 months that I never opened. I just want to cancel it and see if I can get some refunds from previous months. It is virtually impossible to navigate this website. Looking for quick response so I don't have to proceed with a fraud case

If you still have access to the email used to create the store, try logging into Shopify Admin, and then:
Go to Settings > Plan
Click Deactivate Store
Follow the prompts to cancel immediately
Since you're being charged for an account you didn’t intentionally open, Shopify may be able to investigate and offer a refund. Here’s how to get in touch:
Go to: Shopify Help Center
Scroll down and click "Contact Support"
Select “Billing and Plan” → “Request a Refund”
