how do I cancel this account. I have been charged for 8 months and have never set up an account. I

I Have been charged for an account for 8 months that I never opened. I just want to cancel it and see if I can get some refunds from previous months.  It is virtually impossible to navigate this website. Looking for quick response so I don't have to proceed with a fraud case

Here's What You Can Do Right Away:

Cancel the Store

If you still have access to the email used to create the store, try logging into Shopify Admin, and then:

  • Go to Settings > Plan

  • Click Deactivate Store

  • Follow the prompts to cancel immediately

 

Secondly, Contact Shopify Support

Since you're being charged for an account you didn’t intentionally open, Shopify may be able to investigate and offer a refund. Here’s how to get in touch:

  • Go to: Shopify Help Center

  • Scroll down and click "Contact Support"

  • Select “Billing and Plan”“Request a Refund”

  • You can chat live or request a callback

I never intentionally created a store and have tried repeatedly to follow
the online instructions but no luck. I really need to talk to someone who
can walk me through this process.
