How do I center the text for the sale badge?

My sale badge's text is pushed all the way to the top of the badge like this:

Under the theme settings there's no option for centered, just Top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.

I'm also using the Refresh Theme, how can I center the text? 

Also a side question, how do I remove the "Shipping Calculated at checkout" line.

That's weird, maybe because you're in Europe, but it shows for me even when I'm in a incognito tab. But I broke it down in the code and it looks like the problem is that the text itself has a little bit of space underneath it and I figured out why, its so that letters like g and j have space underneath when they're written. But do you know how to remove it? I've read online that making the line height the same as the font size works, but it didn't for me. Also I don't need help removing the "shipping is calculated at checkout" line anymore.

Have you done? If not, you can consider using a Product Labels & Badges app. With this app, you can adjust the text position to various locations as shown in the images below. 

There are also many other customizable options and you can set automated rules for your badges.
