How do I change the thickness of the Scrolling Text box in Local Theme.

I am trying to change how thick the scrolling text box is that I've got scrolling left to right across the top of my Home Page.  I'd like to make it about half the size on both desktop and mobile.  Also, look at the mobile screenshot, I'd like to move those SHOP NOW buttons into a corner or out of the way of the photos.  Please help - signed a small business owner who is not a web designer!  🙂

I can try and do it via code editor. I really don’t want to change my theme since I just paid $380 for it. 🙂
