How do I completely remove my information from a company's database?

Hi,

All I am trying to do is remove all my info from this company is database.

I want to stop receiving emails, stop receiveing forced messages at checkouts in random websites etc etc.

I have had to open a blank store to be able to post here. I don't want to pause or deactivate anything because that means nothing is deleted, i have been inacrive for months as i cant delete the account but still get forced communications! I want every bit of information this company has on me removed from their system. It seems extremely hard to just be able to talk to some one.
