How do I create a shipping-only item?

Hi there 

I want to create a specific product that only offers shipping. However, in the store, I already have some products that are pick-up only.

I created the shipping-only product using the same method I used to create the pick-up-only product. I created a new location as a shipping-only location.

However, when customers try to purchase products that are both pick-up only and shipping-only, the 'Pick up' and 'Delivery' selections are unavailable.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When using the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup app, it's important to configure it properly to handle both pickup-only and shipping-only products. Here’s how to manage conflicting fulfillment options with the app:

1. Review Location Setup

Ensure that your locations are set up correctly for both pickup and shipping:

1. Verify Locations:

   • Go to Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup > Locations in the app’s settings.
   • Make sure that both the pickup-only and shipping-only locations are correctly configured and active.

2. Product Location Assignment:

   • Ensure that each product is assigned to the correct location. A shipping-only product should be associated with the shipping-only location, while a pickup-only product should be linked to the pickup-only location.
