How do I deactivate my store with unpaid invoices

I just wanted to test out Shopify and I left it a while about after canceling all payments, but now it’s saying I have a  payment that I need to pay. I have no idea how I can fix this and it wont let me deactivate my account unless I pay for it, it also says it’s going to retry on May 21 2024. How do I fix this and deactivate without making this random payment?

I understand that you wish to fully deactivate your store, but you have a pending bill on the account stopping this from happening. Our community support is not able to access merchant accounts so we won't be able to assist you with this directly. You will need to contact our authenticated chat support in our Help Center to see if this bill can be cancelled. To access our authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Open the AI chat window and type "contact support" to get started.
