How do I dispute a price adjustment through UPS?

I need some help/advice.  I need to dispute a price adjustment via UPS.   Can anyone help?

If you are using Shopify Shipping, then you need to coordinate via Shopify to resolve any disputes.

If you have your own UPS account, then life is much better; you can contact UPS Support or your UPS account manager for any help.
