How do i fix the missing 'value' parameter missing in my TikTok pixel?

Having trouble with the TikTok pixel, but its not the pixel there is something wrong with,  it's the website. Unsure on what is wrong, it says missing "value" parameter. Not sure what this means, please get back to me on how to fix this so I can run ads on TikTok.
