I recently received an email for Copyright infringement, indicating that my store will be terminated in two weeks. I am making every effort to address this issue, but unfortunately, I have not been able to make any progress due to the lack of response from the Shopify legal team.
I want like to clarify that the pictures used in my store have been provided by our supplier/manufacturer, and we have permission from them to use these images. In support of this claim, I have attached all the necessary documents to the emails that I've sent (replied). Furthermore, I have deleted the "infringing" content, and I am committed to complying with all of Shopify's rules and regulations in the future.
I am keen to resolve this matter as soon as possible. While I understand that the Legal team may be experiencing a high volume of inquiries, I have been waiting for more than a week without receiving any response. I would, therefore, appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an update on its status.
