How do I get a Support Advisor?

Hi I've been trying to get support through the chatbot. It said a Support Advisor will would contact me in approx. 5mins I waited for almost an hour. Plus I tried it's suggestions which did not work for me. Who can you speak to at Shopify? I can't find a contact number, a contact email or anything???

Unfortunately, that is how you get in contact. Make sure you are selecting your store when it prompts you. You can also get in contact with them through social media. If the information isn't security sensitive you can tag them on twitter with a question with: @ShopifySupport  

 

If you question is about your theme or troubleshooting something technical not related to billing, this community may be able to help as well.

Hi Beaux, yes I have selected my store upon the prompt. Does this mean there are no Support Advisors?

 

I don't have an X (formerly Twitter) account.

 

My issue is I'm getting an Activate PayPal within the Additional Payments Methods and its not activating the account. Everything is set up as a Business Account at the PayPal and they have verified it, so something is happening at the Shopify end.

 

Can you or someone help on this?

When you go to your settings > payments > Additional payment methods

 

Is there a warning there? Do you see the paypal logo added or just the add payment method button

No warning at all. This is what I see.Screenshot 2024-01-31 210720.png

When I click into Activate PayPal I get the following:

When I click Activate it takes me to me PayPal account I sign in follow the steps then it takes be back to Shopify and I'm back at the same Activate PayPal button - just taking me in circles without activating my account.
