How do I get an H1 to appear with a video using the prestige theme?

We're using the Prestige theme and every time we use a video in the top section as the hero banner, we have to use an H2 heading. If we select H1, the text disappears. 

If we use an image as the hero banner, we can use an H1.

Any idea how to get the H1 to show up? For SEO, we need an H1 on the page.

This could be a problem with theme code. 

Will require collaborator access to your store for this since prestige isn't a free theme.
