How do I get help and/or file a complaint against Shopfy?

My account was hacked at the beginning of June and shopify has YET to respond to me after NUMEROUS chats and emails.  They simply refuse to respond to tell me HOW the person got access to our payment settings or which orders were affected, etc.  I am at my wit's end and need to know where to go next since I can't get a response from anyone at shopify.  I've been messaging them since the beginning of June.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
