How do I get my automatic renewal deduction back

The subscription fee of $399 was deducted from my account, which I was unaware of. I just tried the account for 3 months, but I didn't know that shopify would renew it automatically, please help me refund it, thank you.

You can connect with our team via live chat by interacting with the chat assistant in the bottom right, and explaining that you would like to speak to our team. Once you are connected to one of our support advisors, they will take a closer look at your account and do their very best to accomodate you.
