The subscription fee of $399 was deducted from my account, which I was unaware of. I just tried the account for 3 months, but I didn't know that shopify would renew it automatically, please help me refund it, thank you.

I would highly suggest that you reach out to our support team directly via our help center using this link here as soon as possible. You can connect with our team via live chat by interacting with the chat assistant in the bottom right, and explaining that you would like to speak to our team. Once you are connected to one of our support advisors, they will take a closer look at your account and do their very best to accomodate you.
I cannot make any guarantees that a refund will always be possible, as our terms of service here states that we do not actually provide refunds. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made, so we would be more than happy to examine the situation and provide advice on the next steps that you can take.
