I understand you're seeking out your Merchant ID and API key code, I'm happy to assist with this. The Merchant ID associated with your shop is not something that will be found in the admin, so our team will need to provide this directly.
You can generate the API credentials directly in your admin, this function can be located from your admin under the Apps section. From there, you should see a link for private apps near the bottom. We also have a guide for private apps and it can guide you to generate your API credentials. Please note that it is important to treat the API credentials as you would with any other password as it provides full API access to your store. Check out the guide below for in-depth step-by-step instructions.
Keep in mind that Shopify’s general support is limited when it comes to private apps. If you are working with a third-party app, you can get assistance from the app developers. Or if you’re looking to build a private app for your store, I recommend working with a Shopify Expert. Shopify Experts are experienced with third-party integrations and can help you with creating a private app.

If you're not using Shopify Payments and you want to accept credit cards, you can choose from over 100 credit card payment providers for your Shopify store. We also have a help guide on third-party payment providers if you'd like to check it out. If the providers you're after are not listed, you can also have a read of our guide on alternative payment methods.
