How do I get the Password to my store email?

My store email is homelyinternational@gmail.com but every time I try to log in on Gmail with the email address it says that the password is incorrect. I've tried changing the password and it still doesn't work. I've also clicked "Forgot Password" but it doesn't let me.

This is Theodore from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

Shopify and Gmail use separate logins.

  • Your Shopify store email ([email address removed]) is likely used for the Shopify admin panel, not Gmail.
  • You probably have a different email and password for your Gmail account.

Use the correct email and password for Gmail login, or recover your Gmail credentials if forgotten.

Hi,

 

At times one do create multiple Shopify stores by mistake and one is not aware of the same, so maybe you are not logging in to the correct Shopify store if you are trying to login directly to a particular Shopify store.

 

What you can do is to go to https://www.shopify.com/store-login and then try to login. Once you do that, you will see all your stores lined up so, if you have more than 1, you can select the one which is more relevant.
