How do I identify and report an online shopping scam?

I recently ordered some things on Hboda.com 2-3 weeks ago. They sent me an email from: store+82548719953@t.shopifyemail.com and sent me an order number and when I clicked on the link provided the website popped up and said, “store is no longer available.” I emailed customer support (support@hboda.com) to check when will my order arrive and I have not heard anything. Have I been scammed and how can I investigate to get my money back and find proof where my order went and how long will it be until I get a response from customer service? Also is that email address a scam or legit?

I'm in the same position ordered a chair from them then a week or so later emailed them heard nothing and now the site is gone!

Exactly the same issue with this company and bank said Shopify needs to investigate.
