Hi
I've got a reasonably large inventory and have visibility of repeat customer rates and sales rates per product.
However, I want to understand which products create sticky customers and which ones create churn.
Does anyone have any pointers on how I can put together reporting to highlight which products have a loyal customer base (and rank them). i.e. I want to be able to differentiate between the good sellers that customers only purchase once and those products that customers keep coming back and purchasing more of (and rank them somehow based on that).
I think I found an app to do it but it is hard to tell, even with the extensive support documentation
Does anyone else do this? If so, do you mind sharing how you implemented the solution?
