How do I import my own Email template to shopify?

Ive created email templates on canva and I want to add them to shopify email app but doesnt give me the option

I also would like to know how to do this. I came across this thread looking to do the same. I hope there is an option or will be an option to upload a design from another source to Shopify's email.
